POSTPARTUM DEPRESSION.

After nine years of battling infertility, a miracle occurred and I gave birth to a beautiful, healthy baby girl.  Then, the worst time of my life took place as I spent 12 weeks battling severe Postpartum Depression.  You can read my story here in my blog post, The Absence of Light.

I’m committed to helping other women that are battling any type of mental health issues related a perinatal condition.  I am not a trained medical profession, I am just a woman that went through something traumatic for a reason– to share my story and help others going through similar situations.  Please feel free to contact me if you need help or are the loved one of someone that may be experiencing Postpartum Depression.
